This research will aim to quantify accessibility gap and Identify whether and how CAV solutions meet community needs and develop Incubator Program to engage different communities. This project will have equity at the center, and aim to identify AV feasibility for targeting mobility improvements for low-income communities. Focusing on the unique needs of youth, elderly, and low-income populations to access key destinations (employment, shopping, medical). This project aims to undercover differences in Urban, Suburban, and rural communities in what types of CAV network could address what scope of community need.
